Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
