Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Nest Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
