Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Lantern Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Salt Lake City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
