Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Bright Press produces print and digital publications in Salt Lake City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
