Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ivory Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We reward reliability. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
