Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Field Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
