Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
