Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Technologies provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
