Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Sacramento region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
