Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
