Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Rowan Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
