Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak North Pharma Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
