Ironwood Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
