Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
