Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Richmond, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
