Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Richmond, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
