Bright Cross Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
