Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Reno, NV)

Fernwood North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Reno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
