Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Reno, NV)

Bright Cross Health provides primary and specialty care in Reno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
