Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Pike Markets serves neighbourhoods around Reno with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
