Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tucson, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
