Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Oakland region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
