Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Associates is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
