Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Ironwood Keystone Facilities looks after properties across the San Diego region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
