Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Anchorage. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
