Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Cedar Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
