Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
