Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Corner Auto Group Partners is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
