Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Linden Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Houston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
