Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
