Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Ironwood Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Little Rock. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
