Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bright Wren Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 538 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
