Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
