Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Loom Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
