Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Kestrel Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
