Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
