Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Corner Construction is a Charlotte contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
