Foxglove Vale Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
