Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Virginia Beach, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
