Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Ironwood Maple Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
