Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Memphis plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
