Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Rivermark Pike Construction Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
