Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Redstone Sable Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Louisville with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
