Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Hollow Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 710 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
