Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Farms is an agricultural business based around Cincinnati, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
