Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Summit Lantern Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Miami. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
