Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
