Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Union Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
