Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
