Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
